Join the world’s first Inclusive Innovation Challenge for school students (Grades 6–12). Turn ideas into prototypes, learn from global mentors, and win prizes worth ₹5,00,000.
Inviting Entries for TechTop 2025
this global challenge invites school students (Grades 6–12) from India and abroad to design sustainable, socially relevant solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Top 30 teams (20 from India, 10 international) will be selected for a weeklong Zero2Entrepreneur Bootcamp at Maker Village, Kochi — where young innovators will prototype ideas to tackle challenges in education, environment, poverty, healthcare, and digital access.

At TechTop 2025, inclusion is at the heart of innovation. We believe true progress comes from diversity, collaboration, and mutual respect. History shows that many groundbreaking innovations have been developed by individuals with special needs.
That’s why we encourage every team to include a student with special needs, creating opportunities for brilliant minds of all abilities to contribute, collaborate, and lead. Together, we can build a more harmonious and progressive society.
Structure of TECHTOP 2025
The event has two key parts :-
Innovation Challenge – An international open call for
school students (Grades 6–12) to submit innovative
proposals for solutions aligned with the United Nations
Sustainable Development Goals (UN SDGs).
Bootcamp – A week-long intensive mentoring, making
of the selected best ideas, and networking program for
the 20 shortlisted innovators/teams culminated with
the TECHTOP 2025 Award Ceremony and Exhibitions.
TechTop 2025 Challenge Process & Rules
Challenge Process
Idea Submission
Open to school students (Grades 6–12) from India and abroad. Submit innovative, sustainable ideas aligned with the UN SDGs.
National & International Shortlisting
20 teams from India and 10 teams from other countries will be shortlisted. Selection based on creativity, feasibility, sustainability, and social impact.
Bootcamp @ Maker Village, Kochi
Finalists attend a weeklong Zero2Entrepreneur Bootcamp (Nov 28 – Dec 4, 2025). Teams prototype their ideas using Maker Village FabLab facilities. Mentorship from experts (MIT, IITs, Oxford, Cambridge, Stanford).
Final Challenge & Awards
Jury presentations & prototype demos. ₹5,00,000 Prize Pool (including special prize for an All-Girls Team). Access to long-term mentorship and partnerships.
Rules
Team Composition
Teams must include 2–4 students (Grades 6–12). Optional 1 mentor.
Project Requirements
Ideas must be original, align with UN SDGs, and be socially relevant.
Submission Format
Title, problem statement, solution, expected impact.
Commitment
Finalists must attend all 7 days of Bootcamp.
